Our diary will make it easier for you to do business.
It has been designed to be easy to use and setup You may allow others to
view, and optionally book appointments.
Call centres can use it to book appointments for clients.
The diary has 3 levels of users:-
- Admin - These are your receptionists that take calls for the
business and staff when they are out. They can make appointments for any
member of staff and all the clients (if used). They can see all the diaries
for the business. They also have their own diary.
- Staff - Each member of staff has an individual diary. Perhaps they travel and need to
have an accurate picture of the appointments made for them. Also the office
needs to know if they have made appointments while out on the road. Staff
can only see their own diary.
- Clients - These do not have to be used. The clients are your
customers, who the appointments are made for your staff to see. You
can use the system to keep clients contact details, as a database, and may
be used to analyse the number of appointments made over a period of time.
